This Privacy Policy explains how Konvertr, the free version of the app published by Mishmash Labs, handles information.

Konvertr is designed to be a fast, mostly offline unit converter. The free version focuses on conversion features and includes an in-app option that can open the Google Play listing for Konvertr Pro if you choose to upgrade.

- Konvertr does not require you to create an account.
- Konvertr does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details.
- Konvertr does not sell your personal information.
- Konvertr does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs in the app codebase reviewed for this release.

## Information We Collect

Konvertr does not collect personal information from you for transmission to Mishmash Labs.

Based on the app code reviewed for this release, the free version does not send your personal data to a remote server operated by Mishmash Labs. The Android release manifest reviewed for this version also does not request Internet permission for the main app.

## Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Konvertr stores limited app data locally on your device to support app functionality and improve your experience. This may include:

- app preferences such as decimal points, precision, sorting mode, visual layout preferences, and initial page state;
- local usage-related settings such as category usage counts used to make the app experience more convenient;
- locally bundled conversion data required for the converter to work offline.

This information stays on your device unless you choose to back up your device through services you control.

## What the Free Version Does Not Do

Based on the code reviewed for this release, the free version of Konvertr does not:

- create user accounts;
- collect contacts, photos, videos, microphone audio, precise location, or payment card data;
- use embedded advertising networks;
- use embedded analytics or user tracking tools;
- sell or rent personal information;
- require camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or location permissions for normal use.

## External Links and Upgrade Flow

The free version includes an upgrade action that may open the Google Play listing for Konvertr Pro using an external application on your device. If you choose to tap that option, you may then be subject to Google Play's terms, privacy practices, and data handling for that external service.

Konvertr does not control how Google Play or other external apps process data once you leave the app.

## Data Retention

Because the free version stores app preferences locally on your device, that information remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.

## Your Choices

You can control local data stored by Konvertr by:

- clearing the app's storage through your device settings;
- uninstalling the app;
- avoiding the external upgrade link if you do not want to open Google Play from within the app.
