This Privacy Policy explains how Konvertr Pro, published by Mishmash Labs, handles information.

Konvertr Pro is designed as an offline-first unit converter and utility toolkit. In addition to unit conversion, the pro version includes premium features such as favorites, calculator history, converter history, themes, settings, and extra utility tools.

- Konvertr Pro does not require you to create an account.
- Konvertr Pro does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details inside the app.
- Konvertr Pro does not sell your personal information.
- Konvertr Pro does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs in the app codebase reviewed for this release.
- Konvertr Pro stores certain settings, preferences, favorites, and history locally on your device so the app can provide its features.
- Certain optional pro tools may read limited device information locally, such as your device time zone or orientation sensor data, only to power those tool features.

## Information We Collect

Based on the app code reviewed for this release, Konvertr Pro does not collect personal information for transmission to Mishmash Labs servers, and the reviewed Android release manifest does not request Internet permission for the main app.

Konvertr Pro is intended to work without requiring a sign-in account or cloud profile.

## Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Konvertr Pro stores limited app data locally on your device to provide core functionality and convenience features. This may include:

- app preferences such as decimal points, precision, sorting mode, selected tab, visual layout preferences, and theme-related settings;
- favorites you choose to save for faster repeat conversions;
- calculator history stored locally on your device;
- converter history stored locally on your device;
- tool-specific settings, for example preferred unit systems, tax settings, tip split settings, salary settings, shoe size preferences, date options, and time zone selections.

This information stays on your device unless you choose to back up your device through services you control.

## Optional Device Data Used by Pro Features

Some optional Konvertr Pro features use device-level information locally on your device:

- the compass tool can read orientation or rotation sensor data to show directional heading;
- the time zone tool can read your device's local time zone identifier to prefill the source time zone more conveniently.

Based on the code reviewed for this release, this information is used locally for feature functionality and is not sent to Mishmash Labs by the app itself.

## What Konvertr Pro Does Not Do

Based on the code reviewed for this release, Konvertr Pro does not:

- create user accounts;
- collect contacts, photos, videos, microphone audio, or precise GPS location for normal use;
- use embedded advertising networks;
- use embedded analytics or user tracking tools;
- sell or rent personal information;
- require camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or location permissions for normal app use.

## Data Retention

Because Konvertr Pro stores settings, favorites, and history locally on your device, that information remains on your device until you delete it within the app where applicable, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.

## Your Choices

You can control local data stored by Konvertr Pro by:

- deleting saved items or history within the app where those controls are available;
- clearing the app's storage through your device settings;
- uninstalling the app.

## Children's Privacy

Konvertr Pro is a general-purpose utility app and is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children.

## Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or release updates. When the policy changes, the updated version may be posted with a new effective date.
