This Privacy Policy explains how Konvertr Pro, published by Mishmash Labs, handles information.
Konvertr Pro is designed as an offline-first unit converter and utility toolkit. In addition to unit conversion, the pro version includes premium features such as favorites, calculator history, converter history, themes, settings, and extra utility tools.
Summary
- Konvertr Pro does not require you to create an account.
- Konvertr Pro does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details inside the app.
- Konvertr Pro does not sell your personal information.
- Konvertr Pro does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or remote crash-reporting SDKs.
- Konvertr Pro stores certain settings, preferences, favorites, and history locally on your device so the app can provide its features.
- Certain optional pro tools may read limited device information locally, such as your device time zone or orientation sensor data, only to power those tool features.
- Android release builds may check for updates through Google Play's in-app update service.
Information We Collect
Konvertr Pro does not upload conversion values, calculator inputs, favorites, history or tool inputs to Mishmash Labs servers. Core conversions and calculations use bundled data and work offline. Store services and device backup services may separately communicate with their own providers as described below.
Konvertr Pro is intended to work without requiring a sign-in account or cloud profile.
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Konvertr Pro stores limited app data locally on your device to provide core functionality and convenience features. This may include:
- app preferences such as decimal points, precision, sorting mode, selected tab, visual layout preferences, and theme-related settings;
- favorites you choose to save for faster repeat conversions;
- calculator history stored locally on your device;
- converter history stored locally on your device;
- tool-specific settings, for example preferred unit systems, tax settings, tip split settings, work-schedule settings, shoe size preferences, biological-sex and activity choices for the BMR tool, date options, and time zone selections.
- the first-open time and a one-time in-app review request flag.
Some tools let you enter potentially sensitive values, such as height, weight, age, salary or tax amounts. These values are processed on your device, not submitted to a developer-operated health or financial service. Saved history may also reveal the values you converted or calculated.
Local data may be included in an operating-system or device backup according to the backup services and settings you control.
Optional Device Data Used by Pro Features
Some optional Konvertr Pro features use device-level information locally on your device:
- the compass tool can read orientation or rotation sensor data to show directional heading;
- the time zone tool can read your device's local time zone identifier to prefill the source time zone more conveniently.
This information is used locally for feature functionality and is not sent to Mishmash Labs by the app itself. The compass does not require GPS location to determine heading. On iOS, the app may request motion access for sensor-based functionality.
What Konvertr Pro Does Not Do
Konvertr Pro does not:
- create user accounts;
- collect contacts, photos, videos, microphone audio, or precise GPS location for normal use;
- use embedded advertising networks;
- use embedded analytics or user tracking tools;
- sell or rent personal information;
- require camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or location permissions for normal app use.
Clipboard, App Stores and Updates
If you choose a copy action, Konvertr Pro writes the selected result to the system clipboard. Other apps or device clipboard services may read or synchronize that content under your device settings. Do not copy sensitive values unless you are comfortable making them available outside the app.
Konvertr Pro is distributed as a paid app where available. The relevant app store processes purchases, payment details, refunds and download records under its own policies. Mishmash Labs does not receive your full payment-card number from the app.
Android release builds may automatically check for and download updates through Google Play's in-app update service. Google Play processes the technical and store information needed for that service; conversion history, calculator history and tool inputs are not included in an update check.
Relevant third-party notices include Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. Those providers may process information outside your country.
In-App Reviews
After at least one week, Konvertr Pro may request a native Google Play or Apple App Store review once. The first-open time and request flag are stored locally. The store handles reviews under its own privacy practices. Mishmash Labs does not receive store-account details or whether you submitted a rating through this request. Conversion values, calculator history and tool inputs are not included.
Data Retention
Because Konvertr Pro stores settings, favorites, and history locally on your device, that information remains on your device until you delete it within the app where applicable, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app, subject to platform backup behavior. Clearing app data does not delete clipboard copies, device backups or store transaction records.
Your Choices
You can control local data stored by Konvertr Pro by:
- deleting saved items or history within the app where those controls are available;
- clearing the app's storage through your device settings;
- uninstalling the app.
- avoiding copy actions or clearing the clipboard;
- managing motion permission where requested and device backups through your device settings.
Children's Privacy
Konvertr Pro is a general-purpose utility app and is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or release updates. When the policy changes, the updated version may be posted with a new effective date.

Support records are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to complain to a data-protection authority. We cannot access your on-device app data or delete information held by an app store or backup provider.
